Will you help us serve our heroes?

By definition, Volunteering is generally considered an altruistic activity where an individual or group freely gives time “to benefit another person, group or organization”. Volunteering is also renowned for skill development and is often intended to promote goodness or to improve human quality of life.

Now that you know the definition of what volunteering is, why not give it a try? We have all sizes and shapes to suit your fancy. Give it a try, if you don’t like it you can return it!

All kidding aside, volunteers are the lifeblood of Project Help and without them we fail. If you have a couple of hours to spare from home to help us out, there are many options for you. No special talent is required, we will help you get started.

  • Enjoy learning new skills or brushing up on old ones
  • Meet new people (virtually right now)
  • Do good works for those in dire need (and the most deserving amongst us, our veterans)

Many of our volunteers go on to join the board or take on a committee chair position and others are happy doing a few hours here and there. We love them all and appreciate the contribution they make to Project Help’s mission and success for our veterans. Fill out the volunteer form today and you will be contacted within 25 hours. It’s easy, fun and free…you can’t beat that!

Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
