It’s time for some good news, don’t you think?

I have to say, that any good news is welcome to me these days.

You are probably feeling much the same way in light of what is happening in our country. We will not comment on anything negative but that doesn’t mean we don’t feel the stress as I am sure you do too.

So here’s a change of pace and some good news.

The pool of veterans in dire need slowed down a bit over the last 30 – 60 days. When I inquire to others in the industry, I am told that most are leaning on family and friends. So for now, many are safe, fed and doing ok. But I am sure that will change in a big way and most likely very soon.

Project Help has some great new partners who share in our common goal to support veterans in need.

*PSE&G*  *First Energy*  *SMART*  *IBEW*  *All County Transmission*
*Berkeley College*  *Fairleigh Dickinson University*  *Rutgers University*
*Van Heusin* *Quickchek*  *Fairview Lake YMCA*  *VFW*  *American Legion*  *Elks Club*  *Foster & Crum Insurance*  *Selective Insurance*

To these new partners: we are so very blessed and grateful to have you on board!

We need to continually build our network. I’d like to ask you to think about who you know — a business owner, employer, club or organization you belong to — talk to them about Project Help and what we do.

If they are open to a conversation just let me know by either filling out the form on our contact us page or by replying to this email.

So, that’s some good news, right? What good news do you have to share? Please send me your story I would love to hear it!

By the way, I shared my bread making skills with a friend who is not great at baking, and after three tries, victory! Perfect, homemade potato bread! I’ll be making another loaf next week with homemade butter!!! Yep, you heard me right — homemade butter and maybe homemade jam. Let me know if you’d like my recipe!

Gotta go, I just made myself hungry.
