Proof of Impact
Project Help plays a crucial role in supporting struggling veterans by providing essential services and resources.

Thank you so much for your assistance. I honestly didn’t know who else to turn to. Local charities were all out of funding and Wounded Warrior Project referred us to you.
My husband is a combat wounded OIF veteran. Due to back to back hurricanes hitting our area, I was out of work and lost a lot of income. Were got behind on our bills and were at risk of for utilities to be turned off.
Project Help came to our aid and paid our energy bill. I cannot thank you enough for responding to me so quickly and for helping us get through this difficult time.
Christina Lynn-Bull, Veteran wife

As a veteran who has tried to adjust to life after the service, it can be very challenging at times.
It’s organizations like yours that give us hope and a little light at the end of the tunnel.
So to all personnel in Project Help, I thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Sincerely,
MM/BT# Antwaun Fedd

I came to ProjectHelp at a time in my life when I was in total chaos financially. As a transgender veteran, I was reluctant to share my past experiences with seeking help, because as other transgender veterans can probably relate it usually doesn’t end in our favor. In dealing with Project Help, it was clear there are people that care without judgement. A strong urge came over me to go deeper with my story and background. Through the compassionate and caring demeanor that was displayed, I was in a safe place to share.
Without the assistance of Project Help, I would have probably faced irreparable financial harm. Thank you Miss Sandy and Project Help for standing in the gap in such a trying time.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
Charmon Cooley, US Army Veteran

Dear Project Help,
Thank you from my veteran husband and me for the way you cared for us, how you communicated so quickly and responded to my family‘s special needs.
May God bless all of you.
From the bottom of my heart.
Karen Alejandro

I am very grateful for the generous help provided to me by Project Help. Covering the expense of my car repair, as well as my insurance payment allowed me to stay mobile, attend my VA appointments and to spend time with my sons and other family members, including my 90 year young mom.
Again, thank you very much for all of your generous, tireless help and devotion to veterans.
May God bless you all and may God bless the USA.
David Severt

I just wanted to say thank you so much for what you did for us last night with the toys.
You have no idea what that means to me and my family. I really, really appreciate it.
Kristina Douglas, Army wife and mother

God bless you Sandy and all those people who help.
This is the payback that we get and it just brings tears to my eyes.
There’s always so much to do but thank God we are saving one Veteran at a time.
LTC (Ret) Robert F. V., Operation Iraqi Freedom 3

Please accept my sincere gratitude for your help during our family crisis. Your kindness in our time of need let us know how much you cared. I am thankful for the help you extended to my family so I could get back on my feet.
I hope to be able to repay this act of kindness in some way in the near future. I couldn’t have made it without all the help and kindness you provided me with. I made it through my first day on the job, it was tough but I hope to stay in touch and keep up with the jobs available through your network. I really can’t say thank you enough!
David K, Lafayette NJ

We appreciate the commitment of Project Help in your service to make our veterans lives better on a daily basis.
We also thank Sandy Mitchell for her efforts in making the SOSVETS Unmet Needs Fund a reality.
